This DVD illustrates two distinct ways to knit and purl left-handed. Working from the right needle to the left needle, Diane shows you several different ways to cast on, knit, purl, increase, decrease and bind off plus "tips and tricks". Each method (leading leg on back of needle or leading leg on front of needle) results in flat fabric every time. No more twisted stitches! Viewers can utilize the "zoom" and "slow" feature of their DVD player to learn at their own pace. Presented in a clear and easy-going manner, Diane helps knitters approach left-handed knitting free of myths and fears.
The Left Out Knitter is a left-handed knitter spreading the word about the freedom of knitting left-handed. She has knitted a variety of ways and after one particularly frustrating experience with a lace project, she stopped knitting. After swatching and documenting every aspect of knitting left-handed, she shares this information with you.
